Needed my basement toilet plumbing vented, it was never vented when first installed. The two techs started at 8am. Had to demo part of the floor, dig up the drain, cut into the drain, install a tee and add the vent pipe. Then run the vent pipe into another room to attach to the vent stack. After this they had to refill the hole and pour concrete. All this was completed by noon. Since the concrete had to cure I haven’t yet reinstalled the toilet so don’t know how the venting will work but they and I are very confident. I was impressed with work
These guys did an exceptional job especially given the challenge and ingenuity in removing and replacing the equipment. The service from the entire company has been very professional and respectful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I called the day before a holiday with a toilet that was leaking into the basement below. The woman who answers the phone went above and beyond to find someone to come assist. Dakota was the individual who came out and he was fantastic. Courteous and quick and the repair was complete within the hour. Highly recommend!!
