We had Poolman replace our inground swimming pool liner. Poolman did a great job from start to finish. They have the experience and leadership to get the job done. Young hardworking crew, but very professional. I would highly recommend them.
I called with an issue, a slight leak, and Poolman immediately responded with an assessment. The parts were ordered within a day, and as soon as the parts arrived a team was at my home within 48-hours to install.
I have had several interactions with the new team since Poolman changed ownership. Previous owners had me believing customer service was a thing of the past. Wow... have things changed quickly. I am not unreasonable, but these tubs are an investement and I expect some help along the way. I could not be happier with the new owners and how they treat customers. Thank you and your team!
Chase has done a phenomenal job since he has taken over the business. He is honest, accountable, and follows through on what he says he is going to do. We had some recurring issues with our pool that we hadn’t had satisfactorily addressed with the previous ownership. Chase worked hard to make the situation right, even though he didn’t have to, and through the process, he has earned our trust and business.
