Physical Therapy in Eau Claire

“Today I was in the surgery center. I talked to the staff about covid. They are strong and dedicated but also frustrated with the lack of care and protection. As I was being wheeled to my room where I was being injected we had to wait for the elevator and the nurse pointed down the hall and said that is where the covid unit is. She commented how strange it is to see it blocked off and covered in plastic. September before the craziness of the pandemic that side was open and surgeries were being preformed one of them was my shoulder surgery. Now its all covid patients times have really changed. She commented on all the people working over there on the amazing job they are doing. By the elevator there was a door covered in plastic saying do not enter unless absolutely necessary and at your own risk. Seeing that was a bit unnerving. What was amazing how the medical staff was still so kind,caring,with an upbeat attitude considering how much they are going through. Remember to thank your medical staff they truly are our heros.“

“Kate and Myriah in the Eau Claire and Menomonie offices are phenomenal. Patient and kind and they are educated on the whole body. They identified one exercise was causing issues elsewhere and we made a correction. Could not be happier with the whole office from scheduling to billing. Thank you“
