Mike did a good job coordinating the work efforts with his crew. Neil, the foreman on the job, did excellent work remodeling our kitchen. We are very happy with the end result and have had many complements. Mike lived up to all his promises in a timely fashion. I had a large tree fall on my home in August 2021, during a severe storm. They came right out after the tree was removed to temporarily tarp my roof. Then assessed damages and worked with my insurance adjuster and gave me a quote. They started work promptly once contract was signed and tore off old roof, repaired all damage to roof and replaced roof and a gutter too. Also replaced, textured and painted the ceiling that was damaged and also painted some water stained areas in another part of the house. Excellent work! Responsive and helpful, Mike and his crew really care and did a great job on a storm damaged roof, soffit and fascia. They offered to come out and tarp the damaged roof the same day I called them, and did, without any ask of commitment to use them for the repairs. We couldn’t be happier with Norstar, and would recommend this company over any other contractor in the Chippewa Valley.Services: Refurbishment
