KM Accounting & Tax Service

Our accounting, payroll and tax services were taken care of by KM for several years. We were always happy with the service until Kate retired at the end of 2023. In the first quarter of 24 we caught several errors with our paychecks and deposits. Olga seemed to be trying her best and was always super kind. But, I do not believe Kevin did a good job of getting her trained in prior to Kate leaving.
When we decided it was best to move our needs to another company. The transition was difficult and they did not provide us with several documents. Which we had to then build back with help from our new provider.
I would be cautious in bringing to much work load to KM.

I have been getting my taxes done here for many years. Today I went in to drop them off and had a few questions. I have NEVER been spoke to in such a rude manner for a simple question by a "professional" stay away from Alfred E!!!!! Extremely rude and degrading.
***update, come to find out his name is actually Kevin and he lied!
Changing my review from 2 to 3 stars ONLY because the new woman Olga is a sweetheart.
