My V.E.R.Y. special needs son loves working with the instructors, the black belts are extremely helpful in helping ALL the students learn, it doesn't matter your level everyone takes turns leading warm-up stretches, not only is it personal wellness of mind & body challenging self to be more/better but they work together as a team to help someone else get a move or understand how to do more/better! One of my fave guys on TicTok says "Parents Do Better" & this teaches us how to be better as an individual not just kids improving while growing up too! Everyone looks out for each other! You become apart of a family! I couldn't imagine my son being anywhere else! Bonus, instructions are offered up to 4x/w right now AND is super sanitized for safety!

A very positive atmosphere where kids are not only taught skills but also respect. When the students perform their skills it is received with positive remarks and encouragement; what a great opportunity for our young people!
