Do not make a business with EDH. EDH had the new roof installation about 2 years ago for my house. The roof they installed looks rough and is very uneven where they went over the chimney. Recently, I met multiple builders for different project and they point out that my roof is not well finished and has many potential problem areas. Then, finally, we found the leaking on the ceiling of the bathroom. To fix this leaking, I have tried many times to contact Jagr but he has never replied back until now. Miserable to deal with, doesn’t return calls or texts for at least a week, quoted in April, it’s the end of august now. Told them we would search for someone capable. Less than a week ago I got a quote from another company, job was done 4 days later.

I had the roof installed about 1.5 years ago. The roof looks nice in most spots, but is very uneven where they went over the chimney. Some of the strange things that occurred: they ordered two dumpsters and used both for materials. After the extra dumpster was hauled away I was contacted by the man that controls the dumpster (business owner or driver? I am unsure.) He stated that Jagr refused to pay for the dumpster and I would have to, even though it was not my mistake. I did not have to pay for it as they must have worked it out.
