Called on a Thursday about a hot water pipe that sprang a leak. Other places told me next Wednesday was the fastest they could get here but Bartingale had a guy (Kyle) in the area. He was here in 10 minutes. No pressure to upgrade or replace anything, very helpful and knowledgeable , fast & friendly. I would defiantly recommend them
They responded very quickly to our problems.I want and got a plumber for weekends, for 2;00 am with a phone call.What good is a plumber you can’t call because there are no phone numbers for weekends, and night emergencies.I guess you get what you pay for. Bartingale is on my phone.
Had a plumbing problem... a quick reply and appearance of service. They called ahead and were timely.
Just had a furnace shut down the outside vents were close to ground and clogged with drifting snow.
Cleared it. Happened again tech timely with a call. Installed higher vent intake and exhaust. Checked and cleaned furnace all A O K.
Can’t say enough about friendly understanding service. They didn’t make us feel like we didn’t know anything which we didn’t.
Will definitely use them again. Some don’t take calls after 5:00 or work weekends. Not good in case of emergencies. 24 - 7 days a week!
