Matt Continues to provide exceptional customer service. Last year we called and he came out on a Sunday when we woke up to our house swarmed outside with wasps. So many that we couldn't even go outside. He applied a treatment and we were able to enjoy our front yard the same day wasp free!
Today was another show of exceptional customer service. We had somehow managed to allow a Great Black Wasp into our house. If you've never seen one they're basically the size of a hummingbird, pitch black, loud, brave and fast. We called 1sr Choice because we had uninvited chipmunks make their way in. After our initial meeting with Rob, Troy followed up and came over a couple of more times. He's professional and friendly and we feel very confident that our pests are gone! Thanks Troy!
