When he found the problem, he gave us an estimate which we approved. When he was all done, he thoroughly explained what he did and make sure we understood our system! “Got a hold of Dave on a Sunday (unfortunate timing) and he was immediately responsive. I had a leaking pipe under my sink that had been saturating the basement floor for a couple days before I noticed it (along with some mold). He came out first thing on Monday morning and had it replaced in less than half an hour. Sure it was kitten play for a master plumber, but for a new homeowner with little DIY experience it was a huge relief to see the problem conquered like it was nothing. “Yesterday I wrote a review and gave a 1 star because of delay in retuning my phone call. Chris did return my call and immediately set a team member out to replace my Water Heater. Installation was completed and we now have HOT water. I should have waited to write a review that's why I am rewriting a positive review today. I was worried that I would have a flood if the water heater would take a dump. Again I should have waited for Chris to call. I will now again have Fox Plumbing as my go to plumber going forward!!!“
