The staff is always friendly and thorough! Our furnace and air conditioning quit working over the weekend. When James Bonyata came out today, he explained everything he needed to do. When he found the problem, he gave us an estimate which we approved. When he was all done, he thoroughly explained what he did and make sure we understood our system! Once again, great work and reasonable prices!
They did an excellent job on my driveway. Over 30 years worth of dirt-gone. The communication was excellent. I have had 2 neighbors come over and ask about our driveway in less than a week. Highly recommend!
I suffer from a neurological disorder - CMT (Charko Marie Tooth), I had been waking at night with fire-burning arms and hands as a result! My neurological Dr had no solutions that worked. After 8 treatments the burning is gone. The numbness in my fingers has also gotten better-(my left hand is 100% normal while my right just the tips of three fingers suffer numbness ). I cannot say enough about East Troy Acupuncture other than Thank You!
Could not be more pleased with Aaron‘s work. Showed up exactly as scheduled and were finished promptly. Marissa has done a fantastic job reducing muscular pain as I recover from rotator cuff surgery. The muscles surrounding the shoulder were causing pain as I started using them more several weeks post-op. She’s very knowledgeable about the muscles involved and how to get them to release. Great complement to my occupational therapist.
Jeremy did amazing work! He was expedition and got my new air conditioning unit installed just before the 90 degree heat….thank you again! I’ll definitely use him in the future!!
Went to this salon from recommendations on Nextdoor. Both my husband and I got our hair cut by Tammy. We had gone to the same stylists for over 30 years so we were concerned that we would never find anyone to replace who we had in Illinois. Tammy was amazing. After reading the other review, I felt the need to provide a different perspective. My husband and I were treated by Dr. Sullivan on an ongoing basis for quite a few years. I feel that Dr. Sullivan is a caring and skilled professional. In reference to the tuning forks, while they are not ultrasound treatments, they have been proven to be an effective way to help the body achieve homeostasis, which does help promote healing. In regards to the "horse liniment", I've never known Dr. Sullivan to use such a substance during the entire time she treated me. She does use professional grade Bio-Freeze, (for humans - not horses!) which she also sells in her office.

we cannot say enough good things about this location. their market every friday is such a blast to be a part of - both as a vendor and as a shopper. they really make it an experience ? we also LOVE coming here for the infrared sauna. we recently came to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff made us feel so special and so thought of to celebrate our special day; they went out of their way to show such kind attention to detail. east troy is filled with some of the best people, and it’s absolutely shown here ✨
Alex is by far the most honest and professional tree service provider in the industry! Quality work, prompt response time in the event of an emergency, reasonable pricing, excellent communication, and polite service with a smile. Joey made my wedding vision come to life!! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her. My wedding flowers were so beautiful and it’s very evident that she loves what she does. She truly pours her heart into making each wedding she does unique and beautiful! When looking for a wedding florist she was the obvious choice. I have received so many compliments on my wedding flowers - I mean look at the photos! I had such a great time talking with her at her shop and her dogs are so sweet! I am so grateful for Joey and the Remington’s team who helped set up on my big day. I can’t wait to order flowers from her for any and all events to come!
Dr Koskinen and most of the staff get 5 STARS FOR SURE! The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars is because of staff member, Jen. She was rude, unfriendly and basically mean and very uncomfortable to be around. NOT an asset to the usually VERY friendly rest of the staff!
Peek A Pet is a wonderful place to board your pet. Their love and care for the dogs who they board is tremendous. We can't speak highly enough of their tender loving care of our sweet Belle. This was the only boarding place she was excited to go to. They truly put so much love into all of the dogs there and it shows. We are so very grateful for how they handled a very unexpected situation. Their professionalism, care, flexibility, and assistance has been top notch. This is a place we will most definitely use time and time again.
