totally inpressed with the level of customer service and prompt response to our raccoon problem.Called on memorial weekend when we heard raccoons in our attic at our summer home and jeff was out right away with traps and located entry in foundation. It is so refreshing in this day and age to have a company that truely cares about helping people when animals invade your home and you dont know what to do......they called me every day to see if raccoons were in traps....amazing!!!
