2012 our well died. It was an emergency situation. Herr was one of the companies that came out and worked on our well. They were polite, hardworking, wonderful guys. Who did everything in their power to get us up and working again as quickly as possible. The women in the office? Even better! Since this was an over night "OMG we have no water" type situation, we also didn't have a savings account large enough for the bill. The ladies in the office kept in touch, working with us trying to help us find a way to pay the bill. It ended up being a Home Depot save with a fund they do for employees in need.
