I overall had a pleasant experience except with the receptionist (Darcy?). I had a minor accident back in March, and had the vehicle assessed in April. Some photos for insurance later, I was told by Tyler to expect a call for scheduling and that they'll be able to see me by late May-early June. When June rolled around, I called in and had spoken with this receptionist who was, in my opinion, rude in explaining Keith's Auto Body policies where if "I hadn't spoken to her, I'm not on the schedule" and that the earliest I could be seen is August. The Service at Keith's From the first phone call With Darcy, to the delivered product was fabulous.Garrett is so professional and Tyler is so kind.It's incredible. Very happy with everything.
Fantastic quality and customer service. The vehicle was returned looking as good as when it came off the assembly line. Very happy with the work and the communication throughout. They delivered weeks ahead of schedule and returned the vehicle in better than new condition. Easy to work with, honest and upfront about the progress/set-backs throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
