I have always gone to Sylvia for strength training, but today she showed me just how much more she can do. My hip is killing me, and she was able to determine what is causing the problem (tight muscles), and massaged several areas and was able to provide such relief. Would highly recommend that you see Sylvia for pain and mobility issues

Sylvia is the best personal trainer I’ve experienced - I’ve had several! Very knowledgeable and zooms in on what your body needs and is actually fun! Very nice facility with great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I recently joined Fit & Faith Fitness and it has been an amazing experience and I always look forward every week to training. Tori, has been so helpful with my fitness journey to training, giving great advice, and super easy to follow along with to help me achieve my fitness goals. I’m very glad I found this gym!

Our wellness center offers a range of services that are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you prefer in-person or online personal training, our personal trainers are specialized in a variety of areas, including Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Athletic & Individual Personal Training, Suspension Instruction, Eating Disorder Counseling, NAFC certification, Strength Training Personal Training, NASM Personal Training, Precision Nutrition Coaching, and Masters Degree in Exercise Science. We also offer a wide range of other services, such as nutrition coaching, buddy personal training, group classes, TRX suspension classes, mobility and flexibility classes, stretch therapy, and INBody 570 scanning.
