My husband & I bought an older home on Lake Como in 2018. I wanted more space to accommodate family & friends especially bedrooms, baths and a new kitchen. Russ designed a plan to expand my 2nd floor with dormers which complemented the style of my house. Not only did it greatly enlarge my 2nd floor but made it look like it had always been designed that way. He listened to what I wanted and modified aspects of the plan to get to the final design.
