Everyone is so friendly, caring and compassionate. My 6 pound chihuahua had to have 2 surgeries at the same time. They took excellent care of my baby. Couldn't be happier than I am with Delavan Animal Clinic.
Most personable, accommodating, understanding, and kind vet around here. Christine at the front desk is most gracious. I've been to Elkhorn Vet Clinic and Delavan Lakes. Those seem like assembly lines. Delavan Animal Clinic...and Dr. TREVOR Berg are the best . I transfered all 3 cats there.
Overall a somewhat discombobulating experience. I brought my cat here the other day, figured out she had ear-mites. Not only was I mocked for not having had the ability to bring her to the vet prior to this visit, but was also spoken over the entire time practically. The office is run down, the staff is robotic, and practically empty. Not at all a welcoming experience, and stupid expensive for what it is. I will definitely be continuing her vet services elsewhere.
