Tropitana Tanning

It was my first time at Tropitana & first spray tan in years and I’m writing this review to recognize the outstanding customer service or Ksenia. She was able to manage a rush of 7-8 people, remembering every one’s names, and what machine they wanted to use. It was super impressive and she got the long line down in a minute. I could tell that she goes above and beyond to connect with each customer and get to know them on a personal level. She was extremely helpful and kind to me explaining the process and what I was supposed to do (as I haven’t done this in years!)

I would highly recommend Tropitana Tan, they have a very clean environment, offer a variety of different levels and types of beds as well as Red Light therapy, owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have convenient hours. The owner is versatile in knowledge of skincare and tanning products and has a variety to offer, and has cute swimsuit items to as well. There are constantly great deals being run every month which makes it affordable as well.

All the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I have started the red light therapy. I cannot say enough of how much this therapy has helped me with my chronic nerve pain. When I go in my pain level is at a 9 or a 10. When I finish I am at about a 6 and it lasts for 5 to 6 hours. I was in a horrible car crash in 2002 which left me temporarily paralyzed with a severe neck injury. My cervical spine is fused and thus I have nerve damage and pain throughout my hands and arms. The red light therapy as well as the sauna has given me back a great quality of life. I can highly recommend this business and service to anyone.
