Salick's Karate

Since 1980, Salick's Karate has offered exceptional martial arts for ages 5 and up. We emphasize personal attention in a fun and engaging atmosphere, and hope you'll check us out. Salick's Kid's Class (aged 5-8) uses fun, high-energy martial arts games to teach coordination, respect and attention-focusing skills. Salick's KAT Class (Kid's Advanced Training), ages 9-12, is the ultimate bully-proofing class, developing character and leadership through the study of realistic self-defense. Salick's Adult/Teen Class (ages 13 & up) is a training and testing ground for situational street-defense of all kinds, constantly pressure-testing skills and techniques for their effectiveness against personal attack.
