Terribly unethical medical provider, they decided it was business appropriate to boot me from Behavioral Health services, for missing appointments BECAUSE I WAS DEPRESSED. Not once did any of their psychology or psychiatric staff ask about my well-being, or why I was missing appointments to help create a solution. Quality of care was awful too, for simply asking about different medications I had "drug seeking" in my file for a period of time, though I do not abuse prescription medication. Excuse me for not being pharmacologically educated.Will not be seeking an appeal, and will be taking my money to Froedert and the MCW, a much better set of facilities - being the **primary** level 1 trauma center in the state. This is unfortunate because, I have been using ProHealth since I was a child, my first pediatrician was Dr. Delisle and frankly the quality of staff since that time has gone WAY downhill. Be ashamed of yourselves, capitalists - you are not true to the first rule of care "Do no harm."

Doctors miscoded my physical making it cost way more, and said they arent able to fix it. Now im stuck with a huge bill. Avoid this place like the plague. Or they will hurt your wallet.

Usually I go to oconomowoc or watertown if it's not an emergency and I have the time because this the absolute worst urgent care I've been to. The front desk staff is nice but the doctors are just a joke.
