Lauren did a fantastic job helping me address all my physical ailments, understanding how to follow up with neurologist better, and educating me on exercises I can do at home to address my different problems. She taught me so much about my health concerns and relevant information about my nervous system. She helped me feel empowered about a health concern that I had felt powerless about for years. “I have been to other gyms and this bar far has exceeded my expectations. I had "heard" from others that this place was expensive and full of old people - NOT TRUE. The clientele is all ages and depending on what time of year you sign up, you can actually score a good deal. This place is clean, the staff is friendly and the amenities are pretty decent. I also love the variety of classes and times they have offered. Great place to work out!“
“I love the heated therapy pool and large windows surrounding both pools that show the trees outside.My only complaint - the hallway floor near the entrance is mopped and wet an hour before closing. I've asked several times for the workers not to wash the floor until after closing. I'm afraid of slipping or of someone older falling. Most of the time there are no cones out warning members.“
