←Update →I originally left a bad review, I acknowledge it was written while very frustrated at the situation, however it was accurate information about our experience with our first load with this broker.I am upping the stars based on the communication I received 3 hours after it was written. That in itself speaks volumes about a company that truly cares about feedback in a way that they can use to improve customer relationships (not just to get a bad review taken down). I have been working with Brittany Brinkman and Mike stiglich for quite sometime now and the experience has been great. There professional and keep us rolling with Great runs also thanks to Ben Glendenning in the accounting dept for keeping my accounting needs in order and all his help in resolving any issues.
