Our family loves this place, Stronghold is not your typical Jiu-Jitsu academy, at Stronghold I feel that my kids walk into a first class gym to train with their very knowledgeable big brother. It’s a family and I love the fact that Wade trains the kids hard while teaching them discipline and respect for one another and the sport. If you are looking for a welcoming, hard working place to train look no further.
