I ordered only 60 sq feet of tile to do a backsplash in my kitchen. I pick the tile from the show room and I specifically asked because it's not returnable if it would match the color that I'm looking at in the showroom, it was completely different. Instead of almost black with slight variations of dark blue It was more blue and much lighter. I didn't take delivery. I left it there so the sales girl could take it up with their owner because it's not returnable she says. Interesting though she looked at my wife and I said color is close enough for it to be acceptable and not returnable. My wife and I were in shock. The granite counter top they installed had several chips in it. When I called them on it, they sent out an "EXPERT" in granite supposedly from Spain or Italy that applied a liquid epoxy and than lit it with a match that was suppose to help seal and fill in the chipped spots. It was obvious that this did not work and the "EXPERT" said that it was all he could do. Thinking back now, I wish I would have requested the total job be replaced. I do not recommend this company for their service and quality of product.
