On the opposite note, the massage I got was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. It felt like a complete waste of money. I don’t like leaving bad reviews so maybe it was a miscommunication on my part, or maybe the masseuse had an off day as she seemed to not be feeling well because she was out of breath and had to take a break during the 60 min massage. But overall the facials seem to be worth the money but I would be hesitant to recommend the massage.“

Actually, when I began with these words I was still under the impression that the name of this place was something nearby. So I deleted everything and waited till now to revisit. My wife and daughter both are very happy about their relationship with their beautician (Jenna) at this place. As the driver for my daughter, I am writing merely to state this facility is far nicer than any place my wife, my daughter, and myself as well, can say I have been to in all of the greater Madison area in 22 years. My wife's hair is very much the reason I fell in love with her 28years ago. Jenna is currently her go to gal for her amazingly beautiful head of curls. Coley, my daughter (nickname) has her mothers curls, but my texture I guess. As a baby she had my blonde. I miss that time. If my hair was still what it was just five years ago I wouldn't hesitate to be here for the hair care I once demanded. These days I'm just happy I still have hair and it's not quite as grey as I see myself when looking in the mirror. We can't choose our neighbors or our follicles.“

“Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.“

“Harbor Wellness is a part of the Harbor Athletic Club. The two buildings are split by a parking lot. Harbor Wellness contains three main studios for pilates, yoga, Tai chi and other similar classes. On the second floor there is a workout area with treadmills and some lifting equipment. Also on the second floor is a beautiful studio for pilates reformer, chair and tower.“

“I had been going there for years, since(2007) after I had a car accident the chiropractic services together with the muscles relaxing had been great, now is just for my well being. Martha adjust her massages based on your body and the pains and aches you been experiencing, I had recomended that to my family and friends , keep up the good work, thank you Martha.“

Alise also referred me to an amazing counterstrain practitioner (since travel to WI was not an option) that has helped my body resolve issues more quickly. God has granted me a second shot at life and an opportunity to live a more balanced, holistic, wise, and grounded life.
