Jayson, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Communication was good.
We were having Fox construct a partial rebuild of our chimney. Of course, there were hiccups (because of the age of the home) in finding bricks to match and then the right size of brick. Jayson went above and beyond in getting the brick needed. Dave, the mason, did a wonderful job and Chrys worked hard as his assistant. Both were very friendly, respectful, and answered any questions we had along the way.

Fox Chimbey does a complete thorough job. Left the chimney almost spotless. Very careful to protect everything in the house. Very respectful and courteous. We will continue using them for our chimney service. Thx guys!!

They arrived on time, friendly to work with, and even found parts for my fireplace so i could buy them direct. We have been using Fox for many years and are please with their service!
