“Receptionists were rude both on the phone and in person. Both of them just stared at their computers when I tried to reschedule, and it took one receptionist looking at the other for them to even notice I was standing at the desk. Seemed like neither wanted to help. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because the chiropractors always do a great job! Plus, normally, I normally have this really nice receptionist.. these 2 girls seemed pretty young. So not speaking for all the receptionists, just the 2 I had a bad encounter with.“
