What an amazing company and crew. Highly recommend. I had a heat exchanger fail and these guys were willing to go outside their normal area to service my furnace. The local company only wanted to sell me a new furnace even though my current one was still covered under warranty.

We had our furnace go out on the morning we had to leave town. When we contacted Art's the next day, they made it a priority to get it working, and replaced the heat exchanger the following day before noon. They cleaned up, made sure they explained everything, and filed the warranty info.

I was closing on a house and had a week and a half to get some work done that I wasn't comfortable doing. They committed to the job and it was done within time and for a great price. Thanks Dale.
