First time customer of IdealAir...couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Starting with my initial call to a very personable, engaging young woman (Julie) that quickly responded to my issues and dispatched a Technician (Marc) . He arrived ahead of schedule and immediately diagnosed my issues (gas fireplace and garage heater) .Marc explained what he was doing and why. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Called 5 different heating and cooling companies, and they were by far the most reasonable price. They were 3-10 thousand cheaper han everyone else. They were prompt , polite, and did an excellent job and did not try to over sell me. Do your homework and include them in any estimates
