Last night I realized that our water heater had rusted out and it was time for a new one. This morning we called Hockers Plumbing, Inc. because they have been great in the past. We were able to schedule a time in the afternoon for them to take a look at it. They showed up, took one look and went through a couple options. He somehow had the one we needed in the van and said he could install it today!! He had it installed in an hour and a half! If you are looking for quality plumbing work in the Green Bay area, I can't recommend these guys enough! Jason K, you rock!
I called to get assistance with leaky pipes under my sink, the woman I spoke with was very polite and got me scheduled within 2 day, Cletus called ahead and was on time, he was very professional and polite too, he also asked if there were any other issues to address, and when I told him about my "ghosting" toilet he repaired that as well. He was outstanding! I would recommend Hockers plumbing:---) Their customer service and knowledge is hard to come by sometimes in this day and age!
