This summer I had the goal to work on my flexibility by doing yoga. I've done it here and there and knew about Flow Yoga as they do classes outside of the studio such as Rooftop Yoga at Titletown Brewing, and Yoga in the Park at Voyager Park in De Pere. What was great was their summer drop-in deal of $8. After attending a beginner's class, the instructor recommended me to try their Slow Flow Yin class on Sunday mornings. I started trying that out every week and really enjoyed it. It's more of a long stretching class than a normal yoga class. I checked out the studio while visiting De Pere from Miami. Awesome yoga and the instructors have all been great and very welcoming! I'll be going most days whenever I'm in town! Thank you!

The practice at Flow Yoga is amazing. We booked the studio for a pre-wedding gathering with friends & family and each person had a very different level of experience. Ryanne managed it perfectly and made us all feel great for the day. Thank you Flow Yoga for a wonderful pre-wedding practice!
