“the only gripe I have with dental arts associates would come on the billing end of things. the dentists and assistants were lovely and did quick painless work. the only issue I had was being billed $500 more than I was initially quoted, then calling later to find out that it was a mistake they made on their end that if I hadn't caught, I'd be out 500 dollars. that did rub me the wrong way, but hopefully it was just a simple mistake and I will make sure to stay on top of them in the future so it doesn't happen again.“

“UPDATE: 8/21/2024 - Our family has now been with Sierra Dental almost 10 years, and about 4-5 years ago, Dr. Williams suggested an "occlusal adjustment" to fine-tune my bite by smoothing or filing certain teeth. Though I was skeptical—my teeth seemed fine, I had no pain, and I wasn’t thrilled about the cost—I chose to hold off.

Over time, I began to notice some subtle issues, like clenching my jaw and getting food stuck more frequently. On a recent visit, Dr. Williams expressed concern about slight bone loss due to my increased grinding, so I finally decided to go ahead with the adjustment.

To my surprise, the difference was immediate. I felt a noticeable improvement as soon as I bit down—no more subconscious adjustments or jaw tension. Within an hour, I realized how much strain my jaw and tongue had been under for years. The procedure has made a significant impact on my comfort, and I wish I had listened to Dr. Williams earlier. You can tell from the moment you walk into the office that this clinic is fastidious and passionate about service. From the in-person discussion Marty has with each patient, to availability in scheduling, to how sweet and flexible their billing department is, it's obvious that every single element of the customer experience has been meticulously thought through. I've referred one of my bosses who'd had bad experiences at another clinic in town, and he couldn't say enough about what a positive experience he'd had. I've only had cleanings here luckily so far, but my children have had fillings, and we had totally smooth experiences each time.
