I wanted to match the cabinets that I already had, both style and stain. Their stain dept. took 3 times to get it close enough to use over a period of 10 months. I signed off on the stain match at a 25% mark-up for stain matching. When I received the cabinets, the stain did not even come close and had a white haze to them. I rejected them. They said they could fix the stain match. That attempt was closer but did not match their own stain match sample. So they made another set of cabinets and sent them unfinished. They have not / will not reimburse me for the $2,600.00 dollars for the stain matching mark-up. So I have to stain them myself and while I am at it I may reinforce... read full review

I an very disappointed with my Countryside cabinets and the company. I used them for the first time for our kitchen remodel in 2020. Cabinet construction is sub-par with particleboard box and stapled in plastic braces. Their drawers use a finicky slide out mechanism that is really hard to get put back together if you completely pull out a drawer. When remodeling our bathrooms, I reluctantly used them again, only to match what we had in the kitchen. One vanity came with a loose drawer front that I have to install myself. Five of the six drawer fronts on one vanity are 14 1/2" wide and one is 14 1/4" wide. Terrible quality control and it's been months since... read full review

Horrible quality. We ordered cabinets through our local lumberyard they use countryside. We had a few friends who used them and had good luck but our cabinets had so much stuff wrong. It took 7 weeks to receive our original order that we were told would take 5. It's been another 3 weeks and we're still waiting for the doors and cabinets they needed to replace due to damaged. They didn't show up again this week so I guess we get to wait another week. We had warper doors, cracked doors, cracked frames, no drawers installed, no shelves recieved, no base for a pantry, missing tow kicks, unsanded painted cupboards. And they won't do a damn thing except... read full review
