They are knowledgeable and the questions they aren't sure about, they have been great about checking with colleagues for answers. My only complaint is we have been moved around with several different staff people over the 18 months we've been with H/A. With that said, the new people are always just as good as the previous person and the transitions to a new person have been relatively seamless.“
