I'm the current president of the Thompson Townhomes HOA in Madison. Two years ago, our HOA contracted with Mid Towne Construction for a new roof over 12 of our units. Mid Towne Construction did excellent work, and the price was competitive.Our roofs have peaks and valleys. As a younger man, I did roofing. I remarked to the then-HOA president that the lines looked straight, the shingles were uniformly aligned, and the flashing was neat.The previous HOA president told me Mid Towne Construction’s workers were professional and courteous. When you hire a company to do a job and they treat you absolutely amazing they deserve to be recognized. We had a horrible experience with our fist company we were dealing with to roof our house because they were going to be the cheapest....let me tell you what! We decided to pull the plug and go with the company that was a bit higher and we were absolutely blown away. Mid Towne out of middleton/ cross Plains were absolutely amazing. We had Roof, skylights, gutters and downspouts done and the owner Corey and his crew were so professional.
