We contacted Hugh through his website, we explained we recently purchased two properties that we needed to combine and have surveyed. Hugh promptly responded and followed up with a phone call answer several questions we had given him. He was very courteous, professional and sincerely interested in making sure we understood everything he had explained. He kept us informed during the process even though there was some weather related issues that he did keep us informed about those delays. We paid his bill promptly and in turn we had our property maps within a week. Called about getting a survey on a piece of property the wife and i just purchased.Talked to Hugh and he was super helpful, gave us a lot of information free of charge well after business hours.After talking to him, we never did end up getting the survey because it wasn't necessary.if we ever do decide to get a survey, he will be our first call.Thanks for your time Hugh.
Hugh is a true professional. He took the time to call back well after business hours. When we told him about our situation he assured us that he could resolve it. He took the time to explain a few of the legal aspects that we were not aware of. Any time we had questions we were able to email him and he would respond promptly.
