No heat at the vacation home. Tough for us to get up to check the problems and Tri County saved us the stress and worry with the bad weather and holidays here.They restored heat right away and the communication was great. Thank you
Noticed the furnace stopped working at the vacation cabin at 9:30 p.m. Friday after Thanksgiving. Tried several things on our own to try to fix but was unsuccessful. Called a 24 hour emergency heating/cooling repair business but wasn't willing to come out till Monday. We weren't able to wait till then. Called Tri County and he offered to come take a look even though parts may not be available for this old furnace. He was at the cabin within 20 minutes. After 30-40 minutes the furnace was running with a new gas valve after some work. Was very professional. Would recommend Tri County for heating and cooling. Tri County helped me with my furnace. They saved me from freezing. I have an old furnace and an almost obsolete part had to be ordered for it. They installed a temporary part of their own that carried me through a month while we waited for my replacement part. I was very fortunate that they had been recommended to me. I would like to recommend them to anyone out there who needs this kind of service.. Friendly, knowledgeable and dependable.
