Does anyone know how to clear the Octane ellipticals? I really like these machines but the ones at Monona continually switch programs on me. It seems like it occurs at 2 minute intervals. Thank you?
I've used the Cottage Grove location. They have cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Also a small area with exrecise mats. Not very crowded during the day. Real good about the covid rules.
Beautiful express club. Very clean and organized. Has all the equipment needed for a good free weight lifting session as well as machines and cardio equipment. And the steam showers are very nice!
