Just had the most amazing massage in my life .My catering job I did Saturday had me lifting and carrying many heavy containers full of food for a longer distance due to the weather. That night I was in discomfort in my shoulder blades and the back of my upper arms . But the second night it was almost unbearable . Nicholas Kiepert my hubby asked if I wanted a massage and I’ve never had one and didn’t want to be put on muscle relaxers if I went to urgent care .
