Aerial yoga is the best!! Both Amy and Becky are fantastic teachers, I am always learning something new. They are also very welcoming and down-to-Earth, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in their classes. This studio truly encompasses the spirit of yoga <3
I attended Amy’s class this morning and it was absolutely wonderful! I learned a little yoga philosophy and then was guided through a well thought out flow. Amy offered modifications and encouragement throughout class. I especially loved the assists. I left class feeling balanced and calm. Thank you Amy and Kula!❤️
Wonderful studio with caring instructors. They always check in with me to see how I am doing and if I have any areas of concern. I feel so fortunate to belong to such a great studio.
