Extremely unprofessional. I called around looking at prices and Russell chiropractic was the cheapest. The lady at the front desk told me over the phone that the first visit was $70 and $40 there after so i chose to make the hour trip there. The lady taking all my information did not seem to know anything about dealing with insurance and so forth. I asked if it would be cheaper to go through my insurance and she stated " most likely if they approve of it . So i saif ok and went through with the visit. I then received a bill in the mail stating my visit was $128 and i owed $75 as my insurance covered the other portion. Now how does it go from $70 for first visit to $128...read full review
