Things started well, but finished poorly. Overall, they built a great dock. Unfortunately, they left one pole in the water from the old dock (in a very visible place and where people get in the water) and was unwilling to come back to finish the job. This is a safety issue. Additionally, they recommended an under water fan. This required me to bring power to the dock as well. After spending several thousand on both the fan itself and bringing electrical down, we had issues with the fan that didn’t allow us to use it (caused significant noise). They indicated they had a replacement that would work better and would come and replace it, but never did. I’m now out thousands over these two issues. After what started as a great experience, things ended very poorly and expensive. They are no longer willing to help or respond.

Tom was a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with the removal and installation of our new dock. Tom answers the phone and returns calls quickly. Tom’s great to work with and has an exceptional crew. We’re amazed with how quickly the job got done. We highly recommend Tom and his crew.

We are OVER THE TOP happy with the way our dock came out after Tom from Dock Doctors came to our rescue! Not only did he fix the dock but he kept us informed step by step with phone messages and pictures of his WONDERFUL work! Thank you Dock Doctors!!
