I can not believe how well the install went and the shower is beautiful!! Jimmy arrived promptly, took extreme care with the entire process, explained every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was a small mishap with the shower seat and he went above and beyond and had someone bring the correct one to the house while he was installing everything. He even cleaned everything up both inside and outside. It’s like he wasn’t even there! Most places don’t take that kind of care in what they do or how they represent their company. “A reliable company always responsive when needed. They installed my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater (in 1994) so regularly perform maintenance. I upgraded (myself) my thermostats to Nest units, and when one wasn’t working properly in cooling mode, they fixed it by adding an extra board to the zone, even though they didn’t supply Nest. They also replaced my water heater after it broke down; six months later, it failed again, and they replaced it free of charge—including the labor cost, which many companies don’t cover. Overall, very satisfied!“
