They don't stand behind their warranties. I guess we shouldn't be surprised by a company that puts honest on their website. If you have to tell someone you're honest you probably aren't. They tried to blame this on everything they could and then just decided they just aren't going to warranty it. I know several others that have decided not to go with this wood as a result of this now. Update: Distributor is considering dropping them as a result of this. Another person contacted me who has had the same experience.
