“Bought a heater a year ago for our automotive shop. Had problems with the shipping company losing half the order. Working with Lanair was wonderful. They jumped on the shipping company and had it all figured in a few days. They even said if they couldn't get it figured out they would just get a new piece coming. Called a few times during set up and got a call back right away if there weren't there. I deal with a lot of different companies for multiple reason and there are one of the best when it comes to customer service and taking care of there customers.“

“Honest. Several condo owners were told by another company their central air units needed to be replaced. Caudel came out to check them and they wete fine, just needed minor maintenance. Shame on this other company that was taking advantage of elderly folks for several years ... thank goodness for Caudel. Also for units that were bad...Caudel was half the price.
