Went to get an oil change TOOK THEM 3 hours !!! I was roaming around the store waiting for my car. I mean I know every one makes fun of the brain dead auto crew here but I thought I'd give them a chance because I needed it done quick and didn't want to hassle myself. If they can't get a simple oil change done in reasonable time, I wouldn't trust them with anything else. Horrific.

Had an oil change done today and wasn't real impressed. They kept upcharging on everything. They claimed they didn't have the oil filter in stock for my make and model car (which is a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan) and I had to buy off the shelf, an additional $10. My vehicle is one of the most common automobiles on the road today, how do you not have them in stock? Also, supposedly my vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil, so an additional $2 on that too. End bill was $31 on which was advertised as $19.98. Like I knew they were just going to try get more money out of me, but I needed it done. Of course, they don't present you with a price till afterwards. Its not totally unrealistic to have a flat price on an oil change, just advertise it as 28 instead of 19.98. Also, it took over an hour for it, it was called the pit stop express, just an oil change, nothing else, should've took 20 mins Same routine, lube stations are rip offs. Just wanted a simple oil change at an advertised price.

I love this WalMart! Prices are great....I have never been over charged like other area grocery stores and I shop here a lot!! My experience with management has always been courteous and respectful and they have been more than understanding when approvals are required. Be reasonable...they can not approve everything they have their guidelines they must follow also. The lines can some times be long, but the wait is worth it for the money I save. I would encourage those who have difficulty with lines to come later in the evening when there is less people or try self check. It is actually fun to check yourself out and goes much faster if lines are long and you are unable to do the later thing. Staff is there to help when needed for self check but again might need to be alittle understanding...they have several lines to to watch and attend to. This Walmart I feel is one of the better ones but I would shop any Walmart cause I know I save.
