We have used Rock & Tait for several major projects this year: replacing 4 skylights, rebuilding and converting a sunroom into a 4 season room, creating a patio with a surround fence and saloon gate, replacing a sidewalk, exterior house painting, and installing gutters. We have been very impressed with their professionalism and standard of work. We especially appreciate the work ethic of Andy and his great crew for their outstanding carpentry work and Chase B for his expert drywall and painting work. From the beginning working with Cory in regards to the design, Trevor with communicating scheduling etc, our extremely professional crew ( Andy, Colton, and Mitch) and Amanda, Rock and Taits Marketing Manager we were positively impressed. I hired R & T to complete my house's small exterior project. I had never used them before, and I have a 100-year-old house with many needs. The team arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and when I returned on a Friday at 6:30 pm, they were still working to get my job done. They wanted to wrap it up before the weekend. That is excellent customer service! I was thrilled not to have the project take multiple days. The work was done well, reasonably priced, they were clean, and worked hard to get it done in a day. Their constant communication with me every step of the way made me feel informed and reassured. I will use them again!
