The staff are all so friendly. Rarely have to wait to go into a room. They attended to us pretty quickly after being put in a room. They were sensitive to my feelings and know how to care for a difficult dog. They will try to help and make suggestions over the phone rather than make you come in for an appointment if it isn't necessary.

Doctors, techs, and office staff work together to make vet visits as pleasant as possible for animal and human alike. I appreciate the Adaptil/Feliway diffusers in exam rooms, dedication to cooperative care, and community connections of office and staff.

Kind, knowledgeable staff. We took our dog in for a routine exam and vaccinations the morning of my daughter's pre-kindergarten check-up (which included vaccinations). Best. Decision. Ever. Per my request, the staff explained why our pet got shots and they gave them to our pup like pros! Our daughter barely batted an eye at the pediatrician's office later. She was proud to get vaccinations, knowing exactly why she was getting them, and showed off her Bandaids to our neighbor later.
