“5 stars is good right? The technician who came out deserves 5 stars. Seemed more than knowledgable about his craft and was a very pleasant fellow. The problem isn't with the guys or gals in the truck, its with the guys or gals who sell stuff to people who are not ready to buy putting them in the labyrinth of texts and emails and billing cycles while the whole time you're after some information. We stopped him before he started. We have but one shrub and he (it's a he) is doing quite nicely, thanks for asking.
