Jack came out to get our 33 year old heating and A/C system checked out. Detected several issues including a mouse in the A/C condenser that decided to chew on the wiring … Jacks father had worked on this system many years ago and may have installed it… Nice to know that his father instilled a great work ethic and wonderful skills in his son. I’m ranking Hovland’s with 5 Stars…for quality of service and friendly and efficient employees.

I had someone come out to check noise on start up of air conditioner. Of course it wouldn’t make noise then. Couple days later it started doing it again so I took video and took it in to Hovland. I talked with Glenn and he listened to noise and diagnosed it. I will be talking to someone about getting a new AC. Old one is over 30 years old, so I guess it is time to replace. Everyone I worked with have been polite and helpful. I highly recommend Hovland!
